Products and orders

Review the selected product, quantity, size, color and final checkout total before ordering. The Blushmallow Doorway Mat Pair contains two matching Coffee mats, each listed as 50 × 80 cm. The Whole-Home Mat Set contains four matching Coffee mats of the same listed size. Dogs, people and props shown in lifestyle scenes are not included. The free digital doorway guide is available without purchase. Product appearance may vary with screen display.

Prices and delivery

Prices, available shipping services, charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Physical orders may be fulfilled through suppliers and arrive in separate parcels. Tracking is provided after dispatch where available.

Returns and problems

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing us with your order number. Please contact us before sending an item. Items must be unused and unwashed. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We provide return instructions and destination after reviewing the request. Contact us about damaged, defective or incorrect items. These terms do not limit rights under applicable law.
